Beyond her professional endeavours, Kumeshnee finds joy in cycling, and skiing, and even runs her own cupcake business, “Love in a Cupcake”. Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration, fostering an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and valued. Inspired by Ralph Waldo Emerson and Nelson Mandela, Kumeshnee believes in the power of enthusiasm and education to drive positive change. Working alongside Anderson Studios' dynamic leadership team, Kumeshnee is motivated by their 'nothing is impossible' attitude. She thrives on the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during her time on this planet, leaving behind a legacy of transformation and growth.
Paul Lensen, the Managing Director of Anderson Studios, brings two decades of expertise in video production and e-learning, specialising in health and safety induction, focusing on DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) principles. Passionate about harnessing the transformative power of visual media, Paul collaborates with a talented team to create engaging, educational content for clients across South Africa, West Africa, and Europe. Outside of work, he enjoys scuba diving, reading, and hiking. Inspired by Viktor Frankl's and Immanuel Kant's philosophies, Paul values authenticity, professionalism, and technological curiosity in his work, finding fulfillment in the vibrant, creative environment of Anderson Studios.
Gareth Graham, the Head of Operations at Anderson Studios, has comprehensive expertise spanning cinematography, virtual reality, and post-production. At Anderson Studios, Gareth finds fulfilment in the opportunity to approach each project with innovative zeal, consistently pushing the boundaries of creative excellence. His professional motivation stems from a profound fascination with technological advancements and their transformative impact on media production. Beyond his professional pursuits, Gareth possesses a unique passion for tabletop roleplaying games, showcasing a multifaceted individual with diverse interests. He has demonstrated his versatility as a creative force by authoring and publishing several tabletop RPGs and board games. Gareth's collaborative approach to teamwork is characterised by early engagement and inclusive communication, fostering an environment where every team member is empowered to contribute meaningfully.
Deidré Johnson leads the charge as a strategic partner at Anderson Studios, boasting a rich background in e-learning strategy and design. As the founder of EdXimia Pty (Ltd), a visionary eLearning consultancy specialising in course strategy and design, as well as development in the realm of learning design, Deidré has been a driving force in EdTech innovation, specialising in crafting transformative learning strategies and digital solutions. Deidré excels in crafting innovative learning strategies and designing digital solutions that drive educational transformation. Deidré is also an academic researcher and learning specialist in the Designing for Social Justice Partnership Programme. This programme is incredibly important to her as it aligns with her personal and professional commitment to using education as a force for good, driving social change and fostering equity through innovative educational practices.
Jaimie Corbishley, Production Manager at Anderson Studios, is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in project management, financial administration, and student support. Beyond the studio, she finds joy in her children and enjoys activities like movies, music, and baking with them. Jaimie thrives in Anderson Studios' constantly evolving environment, motivated by the success of her colleagues and clients. Beyond the confines of work, Tonga's passions encompass a diverse array of interests, from traversing the globe and immersing himself in different cultures to partaking in outdoor adventures that invigorate his spirit. Vicki Bawcombe serves as the Lead Content Writer at Anderson Studios, specialising in storytelling, wordsmithing, and meaning-making. Beyond her professional endeavours, Vicki finds fulfilment in nurturing her organic vegetable garden. She thrives in the dynamic environment of Anderson Studios, relishing the diversity of projects that come her way, whether scripting animations or designing courses. Motivated by curiosity and a knack for problem-solving, Vicki's childhood experiences on the idyllic Aegean island of Skiathos instilled in her a deep appreciation for exploration and discovery.
