Terms and Conditions for FEDHASA Members Exclusive 360 Camera Special Offer
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the special offer provided by Anderson Studios (PTY) Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) exclusively to members of the Federation of Southern African Hoteliers and Restaurateurs (FEDHASA) and are effective from [Effective Date]. By availing of this offer, FEDHASA members (“you” or “your”) agree to abide by these T&C.
1. Offer Details:
The special offer includes a half-day filming session using our 360-degree camera technology.
We will provide 10 to 15 edited images from the filming session.
The cost of this offer is R 6900,00 (excluding VAT).
This offer is valid for a period of three (3) months from the 1st September 2023
2. Exclusions:
Any additional travel and accommodation expenses incurred by our team during the project are not included in the offer. There will be no charge for travel and accommodation costs if the site is located within a 100-kilometer radius of the Cape Town Central Business District (CBD).
3. Booking and Redemption:
To redeem this offer, FEDHASA members must contact us and provide the promotional code “FEDHASA360” when making initial inquiries or bookings.
Offer bookings are subject to availability.
4. Payment:
Payment for this offer must be made in advance and is due before the scheduled filming date.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Any cancellations or requests for rescheduling must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled filming date. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if the notice period is not met.
6. Usage Rights:
We retain all rights to the filmed content and edited images until full payment has been received.
Once full payment is received, FEDHASA members may use the content and images for their intended purposes.
7. Liability:
While we take every reasonable precaution, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the filming session. FEDHASA members are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of their premises during the filming session.
8. Modification and Termination:
We reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer at our discretion without prior notice.
9. Governing Law:
These T&C are governed by the laws of South African, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South African. By availing of this special offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These T&C constitute the entire agreement between you and Anderson Studios (PTY) Ltd regarding this offer.
